Thank you for your enquiry regarding the hire of Westlake Golf Club's function room. Please bare the following details in mind before you confirm your booking:
The function hire rate is R30 per head for 2008. This includes tables, tablecloths, cutlery, crockery, glasses and the use of a dance floor.
The booking must be made through a member of the Club, who should also be present at the function. > In the case of 21st birthday parties, the Club will only host these functions if it is a Club member's 21st birthday, or if one of his/her parents is a Club member. > The booking must be confirmed in writing via fax or e-mail: lesley@westlakegolflcub.co.za and must acknowledge receipt of these terms and conditions.
Our function room seats a maximum of 100 people.
It is compulsory to make use of our in-house caterer, whose details are provided below. Catering costs are determined by the Caterer, according to the type of menu required, and payment must be settled with the Caterer directly. A 25% deposit on the catering cost is payable direct to the Caterer prior to the function date.
Bar requirements should be organised with the Head Barman, Mr. Mark Williams directly, no less than 14 days in advance.
The booking of a function incurs a compulsory service charge of 10% on the catering and bar accounts.
The balance of the catering and bar accounts is to be settled on the night.
Function hours: > The last rounds for evening functions will be served at 11:30. Guests are to leave the premises by 01:00. > No loud music is to be played before 20:00. Should you wish to test the sound equipment prior to guests arriving, it is requested that this be done at a low volume.
Any damages that occur during the duration of the function are for the organisers' account.
