THE FOLLOWING LOCAL RULES APPLY

1.
Out of Bounds: Outside boundary fence, or beyond the white stakes left of 10 fairway or within clubhouse or caddie enclosure, or on the practice putting greens, or demarcated paved areas in front of clubhouse.
2.
Protection of trees: Only staked trees to be regarded as immovable obstructions i.e. NO STAKE NO DROP regardless of size of tree. Relief may be taken from matching around staked trees only.
3.
Ground under repair: Areas marked by continuous or broken white lines, tractor or motor treads and all re-sodded areas to be treated as GUR.
4.
Roads and pathways: A free frop may be taken from all artificially surfaced pathways.
5.
Protective screens: These to be treated as immovable obstructions and relief can be obtained in accordance with the rule 24-2 (No relief for line of sight)
6.
Preferred lies: Please see notice board to ascertain current rule.
7.
The Garden of Memories: Water hazard flanking the 9 and 18 greens has designated dropping zones for each hole. A ball is inside the hazard if any part of it is within the inside edge of the outermost wall. The wall itself is an immovable obstruction.
8.
Flower beds & shrub gardens: Only those which are demarcated by a green stake may be treated as GUR.
9.
Stakes: All colour stakes to be treated as immovable obstructions.
10.
7 & 8 Water hazard: A provisional ball may be played from the 7 & 8 tee for a ball which may be lost in the water hazard. If original ball is found in the hazard, either this ball must be played as it lies or the player may proceed with the provisional ball, however a player may not proceed under the water hazard rule with regard to the original ball.
11.
Sprinkler heads: All sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions (Rule 24-2 applies).
In addition, if a ball lies on a closely mown area, within one club-length of a sprinkler head which itself is within one club-length of the putting green and intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the ball may be dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lay which is not nearer the hole, avoids interference and is not on a putting green.
